This helps us make sure we can give your vehicle the proper time and attention it deserves.As our operations expand, we’ll introduce more flexible booking options.

Can I get an estimate before repairs begin?

Yes. Clear communication is an important part of how we intend to operate. After assessing your vehicle, we will explain the recommended work and associated costs. Additional work will not be undertaken without customer authorization, except where otherwise specifically agreed.

Will you contact me if additional problems are discovered?

Yes. If our technician discovers something requiring additional attention, we will explain the issue and discuss the available options with you before proceeding with additional work.

Can I bring my own parts?

Customer-supplied parts may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Because part quality, compatibility and warranty coverage can vary considerably, approval should be obtained from MAG Auto Services before purchasing or bringing parts for installation. Different warranty conditions may apply to customer-supplied parts. Incase of incorrect part, customer may incur additional labour charges

What type of parts will you use?

We intend to source quality parts from established automotive suppliers. Depending on the repair, vehicle and customer preference, different suitable parts options may be available. Where practical, we will explain the alternatives so you can make an informed decision.

Do you service all makes and models?

We plan to service a broad range of domestic, Asian and European passenger vehicles and light-duty vehicles. Certain specialized vehicles, repairs or manufacturer-specific procedures may require equipment or expertise outside our capabilities, and we will be transparent when that is the case.

Will MAG Auto Services perform Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI)?

MVI service will only be offered if and when MAG Auto Services has obtained the required approvals and meets applicable Nova Scotia requirements. Until that process is complete, we will not advertise MVI as an available service.

Will MAG Auto Services offer gift cards?

Warranty coverage will depend on the particular repair, parts installed, supplier/manufacturer warranty and applicable terms. We will explain relevant warranty coverage when preparing or completing the repair rather than making a single warranty promise that may not apply to every service.
