We offer a full refund for any service booked online if the appointment is cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

NO REFUND POLICY

Once a service appointment is confirmed and the technician has begun work on your vehicle, no refunds are issued. This ensures we can maintain our professional schedule and provide the best possible service to our clients.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

For bookings made through our online system, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a non-refundable service fee of 25% of the total booking value.
