Standard terms and conditions for MAG Auto Services.

1. GENERAL TERMS

MAG Auto Services is a proposed automotive repair startup serving Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. The services provided are subject to the following standard terms and conditions.

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Appointments are recommended, especially during the startup period. Online booking requests are subject to confirmation by MAG Auto Services. The startup plan includes appointment-based evening and weekend availability.

3. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

MAG Auto Services is built around clear communication and customer authorization. You may approve repairs before work starts. We will explain available options where applicable.

4. PARTS & DIAGNOSTICS

We will source appropriate parts through automotive suppliers. All diagnostics and mechanical repairs are performed by qualified Red Seal Automotive Service Technicians.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. Refunds are available only if the service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for services completed.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

MAG Auto Services is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. The business is being built around a simple principle: customers should receive professional automotive care with clear communication and practical value.
